SUGAR AWARD 2010

The SUGAR(Sustainable Urban Goods Logistics Achieved by Regional and Local Policies) Award 2010 will recognise:

• Innovative & Sustainable projects in the domain of urban freight distribution
• Projects which match economic sustainability and environmental protection
• The role of public authorities to improve freight distribution in EU cities 

You can apply to two AWARD categories:

• Metropolitan areas and large cities
• Small and medium sized cities

Rules and conditions to apply to the SUGAR AWARD 2010 as well as more information on the AWARD are available at http://www.sugarlogistics.eu.
 
Application forms will be accepted until 31st December 2009 24:00 CET.
 
The winner of each category will be awarded by Regione Emilia-Romagna during a ceremony of assignment in Bologna (Italy) on 25th January 2010.
 
Winners will be reimbursed of their travelling to Bologna as well as of their participation to selected training sessions on city logistics organised within the SUGAR project.
